•  The remote online tests we offer have the same content and structure as the paper-based tests.

• The online tests are taken as a remote test, i.e. you are at your own computer at home and the examination center carries out the supervision remotely.

• The lead time before the exam date is minimum eleven days. 

• About six working days after the test you will receive your digital Score Report with your  score and the interpretation table with GER * classification. Additionally, the paper format of the Score Report can be ordered. Decorative certificates are no longer issued. Only the Score Report is valid.

Cancellations

If you cancel your exam minimum 12 working days in advance, your exam fees will be reimbursed, minus an administration fee of €30,00.

If you cancel your exam within 11 days before the start of the exam, your exam fees will be reimbursed, minus a registration fee of €80,00.

If you do not show up for your exam, the exam fee will not be reimbursed – independent of any reasons given.
